About Me

Hi there!!
My name is Hayley Leahy and I am an Artist and Designer from regional Victoria. 
I have been creating art my whole life and have always had a passion for seeing the different ways in which people interpret the world around them. As an artist I have mainly worked in traditional mediums of pencils and paints, however, I have started to expand my collection in recent years as I studied design and have found some new techniques that I find both beautiful and intriguing. 

Over the past 3 years, I have been studying Communication design and Photography at Swinburne University as well as a minor in Branded Environments. This has broadened my knowledge of the design world and community and I have strengthened my skills in the adobe suite over this time. 

During my time at Swinburne, I discovered a love for digital illustration, in both a very realistic setting as well as in the more simplistic, graphic and contemporary setting. I love finding new and interesting solutions to problems and always strive to create a unique and beautiful design for each client and brief to help their vision come to life.

My key inspirations are from my own life, I have been raised in a beautiful part of the world, surrounded by natural wonders and beautiful creatures, whenever possible I love to find a way to show the Australian culture and landscapes in my designs. Another inspiration of mine is the people that I surround myself with and the clients that I work with, using their vision and influence to create a design or artwork that is very personal to them as well as me.
